The Springbank Hill Homeowners Association (SBHHA) was incorporated as a Society in 1997, with its purpose outlined in the Application to the Registrar of Societies.

Who Does What?

The Board does its best to re-direct inquiries not related to the Homeowners Association to the proper organizations, such as City Parks, By-Law Enforcement or the Springbank Hill Community Association.

The SBHHA is responsible for:

  • Maintaining parks
  • Parks and adjacent to parks snow removal
  • Monitoring and enforcing the Encumberance and Restrictive Covenenant
  • The City of Calgary is responsible for:

  • Maintaining trees
  • Watering parks
  • Applying pesticides
  • Roadway (Springbank Blvd) snow removal and deposit
